Even if you missed our workshop, you can still write with us.
At our workshop, we discussed how choosing a point-of-view changes how or even what story is told. This is evident especially in first person.
Try this: Think of an event from childhood–or a character’s childhood. Show the reader the event or moment through the eyes (and voice) of the child.
Now, write the event again. Show the reader the event or moment with the insight of the now adult narrator telling the story.
